[dev] [patch] emoticons not shown

When adding a comment in agora you can click the emoticon to get a range of
emoticons to insert in your text. This was nog working. Emoticons where still
searched as gif's. Patch attached.

As a sidenote; not all emoticons are recognized when viewing the comment. Some
appear as their ASCII equivalent.
