[dev] UID in Turba

While creating upgrade scripts for Turba I noticed that the object_uid field
obviously never gets used, all my contacts have NULL there.

This also renders the 2004-10-26_create_default_histories.php script useless
that create default history entries bind to the UID.

Does anybody know what's going on there?
