[dev] STDIN v. php://stdin -- consistency & versatility patch

I went through all of Horde's scripts that touch either "STDIN" or "stdin".  So
far, Horde is grabbing from stdin in all sorts o' ways.

I took the most obvious and readable style that works for everyone, and
attempted to make all of those scripts both more consistent and universally
legal.
