[dev] turba add problem for non-admins

When adding to local mysql addressbook, I get a blank page
and these errors in the php log:

I don't get the error if I'm logged in as one of the administrators.

I'm running CVS head version from today with framework freshly
installed.

Anyone else seeing this?
