[dev] "Quoting" and internalization

Hello,

See patch attached. I think I did it wrong way, but at least you can see what
i'm talking about. We need this for proper internalization, because in some
languages (like in mine) you have to flip words.

I also thought that it would be cool, to link this string with identities
somehow. For example if you have 2 identities, one for local recipients and one
world wide, now you have to change "Quoting..... " text everytime.
