[dev] more IE performance

Hello,

I spent all morning on testing new horde on my system. Some artifact that I
found:

blank.gif _everytime_ is retrieved from remote machine and not from browser's
cache. IE is set to determine how to cache pages automatically, however setting
it to "always" doesn't help too. Is there a way to cache blank.gif? Someking of
javascript object maybe? I think it could improve performance of horde on IE
even more.
