Many of my users have responded favorably to the additional graphic.  See
what you think.

As a part of Bug #627 <http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=627>, while splitting
out the preferences for each icon, the cancelled icon could get a preference
setting as well.

I could tackle bug 627, and make the cancelled icon a preference while I was
at it.  (I read bug 627 as saying, "Okay, let's make one preference for each
icon."  Am I wrong?)

$_prefs['show_icons'] could stay, to toggle icon display on or off.
$_prefs['show_icon_delete'], ['show_icon_alarm'], ['show_icon_recur'], and
['show_icon_cancelled'] could debut, to toggle each icon.

Reasonable?  Should I get to work?

I've improved the cancelled.png I sent up.  Instead of freehanding an 'X', I
got one from the multiplication symbol of a font (Courier 10 Pitch Bold).
