[dev] How to run upgrade scripts?

Hello,

I'm trying to run the upgrade script for Trean from CVS HEAD to get my 
bookmarks working again but i can't get it to work. I think i am doing 
something wrong here but i am not sure:

trean/scripts/upgrades$ php 2004-12-14_use_datatree_relationships.php

A fatal error has occurred

Failed to import application configuration for trean
-----------------------------

This is a copy/paste from the command line. Can someone tell me 
something about this?
