Mainly for updating the Mail section - particularly the number of new messages
in a folder.  I realize it doesn't do much for the rest of the entries at this
time.

It's not a critical thing, but I have wished many times I had a refresh button
over in the sidebar (I find myself doing a right click -> This Frame -> Reload
instead).
