[dev] [Patch] Horde Conf.xml text addition

Here is a simple patch that clarifies the web server port setting for
horde/config/conf.xml.  I know this setting caused some confusion for me, so I
thought I would send this along to maybe help others that are running on a port
other than 80.  Not sure if it will be useful for all, but I am attaching it.
