The following patch fixes this error.  This is similar to a problem we had 
a little while ago while searching from within Turba itself.  The IMSP 
server doesn't support any type of 'OR' search so this search must be 
changed to 'AND'.   I don't see any reason why this would conflict with any 
of the other drivers as there is only one field being searched from this 
call...

I'm tinkering with implementing the logic for an 'OR' search within the 
imsp driver itself at some point when I get the time.
