[dev] MAX datatree attribute

Hello,

I'm on the way by implementing getLastMessage() method in Agora. Before 
I will brake something I wanted to ask you (experienced Horde 
developers) about my implementation logistics.

I'm going to adapt current buildAttributeQuery() in DataTree::sql class 
for the MAX() SQL statement, write getByMaxAttribute() method and use 
it in getLastMessage() for fetching last message data.

Is this optimal way? Or there is something that I overlooked.
