Adds sorting parameters to Horde_Share::listShares() and use it in 
Ansel_Gallery::listGalleries(). So we can Finlay retrieve the sorted and 
limited gallery list with only one DataTree access.

plus a small fix to DataTree_sql::buildAttributeQuery().
