[dev] Proposal: deprecate Orator

I'd like to propose that we officially kill off the Orator 
applications. There are several reasons for this:

- I've found S5: http://www.meyerweb.com/eric/tools/s5/. This provides 
almost the exact same feature set that Orator does with only XHTML, 
CSS, and a little JavaScript. The only other feature is MIME_Viewer 
support, but that doesn't seem like such a huge thing since we can as 
easily include static content in presentations.

- Presentations don't really fit with any of our strengths. We could as 
well manage S5 files with Giapeto, Gollem, etc.

- This will be the first email to the orator list in almost exactly two 
years. :)

- Narrowing our focus, even just a little, seems like a good thing.

Any objections? I'd be willing to script a conversion of all of the 
existing Horde presentations into S5 format before retiring the code 
from CVS (it'll be archived of course).
