[dev] [cvs] commit: turba/config prefs.php.dist

What am I missing?
> From horde/services/prefs.php - turba/lib/base.php is loaded, which loads
turba/config/sources.php, right?

Additionally, on my installation, executing a print_r($cfgSources) in 
turba/config/prefs.php shows that it is available.  Am I missing 
something really obvious?
