[dev] [patch] LDAP authentication driver safe for AD

This patch contains an attempt to make the LDAP authentication driver 
safe for use with the Active Directory.

Now you can authenticate against the AD (was already possible)
Account expiration works (including warnings)
Unsafe LDAP operations are disabled

Changing of passwords is not allowed, but you can get a user list 
(which was not possible when e.g. using smb for authentication)
