I thought a pure PHP implementation could be more appropriate and I am 
not aware of a search library that is available
in PHP. Of course this decision will be made after discussions between 
my mentor and me.

By the way, do I have to wait for the approval of Horde project leaders 
or should I apply to Google now ?
