[dev] Installing Horde without Root access

Hi.
Is it possible to install the horde Framework without
'root' access? Because the horde program keeps asking
for the root access that we do not have.

The above link is the instruction and I got stuck in
"Quick Install".
I would greatly appreciate your help to resolve this
matter. Thank you.
