[dev] Horde search module

Just a BUMP for the last message from me. I was just wondering if a 
driver to communicate with the search engines would be acceptable by 
HORDE. I would write it in C or C++ and make it platform independent, so 
it would give you a chance to use PHP frontend to communicate with the 
search engine backend through this driver.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Pro/contras?
