You are correct: this is not a fix and is not correct.

You're not using a recent enough Horde. If Wicked should otherwise work 
with Horde 3.0, the correct fix is to copy the rightFloat, leftFloat, 
rightAlign, and leftAlign definitions from horde/themes/screen.css into 
Wicked's screen.css.

The correct fix is _never_ to add more inline CSS to a template file.
