We're working it out as we go. But it's called incubator because it's 
for, well, incubating. The things there are not going to be ready for 
stress testing. Also the SoC projects are special cases since the 
students are required to work just with their mentors for the duration 
of the program.

There may be other incubator projects in the future; I may even move 
some of the existing modules that haven't been released into the 
incubator to better reflect their status. But incubator projects are 
probably always going to be things where if you're not contributing 
code or documentation, poking is not advised.
