[dev] New theme

After some debating with our marketing guys it was decided that the 
Horde theme we use can be released to the Horde project. Take a look at 
the attached image and tell me if it is a useful addition to the Horde 
theme set (if it is, I'll clean it up and submit it.).

(The theme loosely resembles the http://www.i-to-i.nl and 
http://www.gloudemans.info websites)
