[dev] dev.horde.org and wiki.horde.org sites inaccessible?

Is there anything wrong with the dev.horde.org and wiki.horde.org
websites? I havent been able to access them since yesterday. Triend
multiple ISPs just in case, and same result. The sites are kinda
excruciatingly slow and just 'hangs' there.
