Much needed addition to highlight the current releases :)

On ftp.horde.org, several modules are pulling in old info, probably from a
README file somewhere.

Text in:

accounts indicates 2.1 is the latest stable release (it's 2.1.2)
forwards indicates 2.2 is the latest stable release (it's 2.2.2)
passwd indicates 2.2 is the latest stable release (it's 2.2.2)
turba indicates 1.2 is the latest stable release (it's 2.0.2)

Since none of the other modules have similar README's (or whatever file
the ftp
server is configured to display), maybe just deprecate that altogether?
  Or add
it to the other modules?

Also, moment is deprecated and could be removed.

Kevin
