Just a plug for including somewhere in the documentation (and then a 
plug and a
half that someone would actually read the documentation before asking
questions!), that Fetch Mail != `fetchmail` (the UNIX command).  This seems to
be a somewhat recurring lead in to Fetch Mail questions on the lists - "I have
fetchmail installed but Fetch Mail won't work, etc.".
