OK - no problem. I'll start using the bug tracker for current (and
future) patch submissions.

Perhaps it would be appropriate to update the instructions on the
"Contributing" web page (item #4 at
http://www.horde.org/source/contribute.php)? I was trying to follow the
process AFAIK, but also happy to make adjustments based on some coaching
from the team.
