[dev] [patch] Passwd doesn't update shadowlastchange

When updateing the password on an LDAP backend shadowlastchange isn't 
updated. This is due to $this->_params['shadowlastchange'] not 
existing. The driver itself actually checks if it should be updated. So 
this test can be removed.
