This is actually correct.  Horde 3.1 is where this functionality was 
deprecated, *not* IMP 4.1.  We will have to continue to call this in 
all versions of IMP where we can't guarantee Horde 3.1+ is used.

Maybe deprecated isn't the best term to use, but I can't find a better 
tag to use (@todo doesn't work.  maybe just an @ignore?)
