[dev] mirror for dev and cvs

Hi,

I've set up a mirror for dev.horde.org and cvs.horde.org. It's adresses
are http://cvs.mein-horde.de and http://dev.mein-horde.de . The
machine's location is germany.

The cvs is rsynced every three hours with cvs.horde.org and you can use
it with the same login date as on cvs.horde.org:

export CVSROOT=:pserver:cvsread at cvs.mein-horde.de:/repository
cvs login (password is horde)
cvs co <whatever>

For the API documentation I don't have an index yet. Can someone please
email me the index.php of http://dev.horde.org ? The documentation is
updated one time a week.

Feel free to include the two into the list of horde mirror.

You may update http://horde.org/rsync/. The size of the horde-cvs
resource is ~830 MB
