[dev] initial sources.php

I've actually thought about this on a number of occasions and would
take it one step further. Have examples for everything, but have
*everything* commented out in sources.php, servers.php, backends.php,
depending on the application. That way everything is there if you need
it, but not parsed and loaded needlessly. Whatever might be the most
common entry for each file, put that at the top. And maybe throw in a
single line or two that raises an error if it's reached, so that if
someone doesn't configure anything, they're pointed to the name of the
file they need to configure to get a {address book source, Ingo
backend, Gollem backend, mail server}, etc.
