I don't think they are the commonly used ones...heck I'm not sure I
could even guess which ones are.
I like Kevin's idea....having an entry in there that would complain if
you didn't configure it.
My point was only this...the way it is now, it isn't clear that having
the wrong things configured would cause problems (like slowness). Sure,
you can say, "well why would you configure it if you didn't want it?",
however, this doesn't solve the underlying goal. To have an out of the
box experience. :)
Having it work "out of the box" may not be everyone's goal here, so
maybe this is just a bad assumption.
So... Kevin's idea is more sensible and its good that we are talking
about it even if the original thought was misguided.
While it's true we can't easily ascertain how everyone would want things
configured, we can provide a configuration that works so folks can then
experiment on their own with other options if they so choose.
What are some of the downsides to providing a configuration that just
works?
