Thanks for all the work that has been done on this.  After some 
fiddling around, I got it working.

I did get a few Error=400, but after I deleted some appointments it 
seemed to be working fine.

I will keep testing and let the group know if there are any other 
things that crop up.  Thanks for getting this working.
