[dev] menu reloading

Hi,

when playing around with the new tree view in trean, I noticed that the
menu will not reload when I change something with categories. This
results in some php error messages when I click on the categorie in the
menu.

Can someone give me a hint which method/class is responsible for
reloading the menu that I can try to patch this?

I tryed this with imp H3 and it shows the same behavoir: menue is not
reloaded when I create / delete / ... IMAP folder.
