[dev] resetpassword.php patched for _username_hook_tobackend()

I've updated services/resetpassword.php to use _username_hook_tobackend() if
that hook is installed.

This hook should be used here so that the username entered on the reset
password page can be the same as the user normally uses to login.

I've attached the new version of the file, as well as a patch file.

Let me know if there is somewhere else I should post this.
