[dev] Folder creation + CYRUS...

I have noticed that one now needs to specify EXPLICITLY the "inbox."  
prefix when creating a folder with IMP (using Cyrus IMAP server). If  
you don't use this prefix, Cyrus gives a permission error.

I know this used to work in the past. Is there anyway to configure  
Horde/IMP to include this prefix automatically? Am I missing something?
