[dev] [patch] Jonah e-mail delivery block

When subscribing to a channel using the Jonah delivery e-mail block,  
the user goes to the news delivery page after pressing submit.

The expected behavoir is to stay on the current page and get a  
notification. delivery/email.php supports this already, if a form  
field named 'url' is set in the submitting form.

This patch adds the current url as a hidden field to the form.
