Well, let's do something about it. We need the Horde-level code for  
creating messages. But the rest can be moved directly into IMP, if:

1. we rewrite MIMP to be simply an alternate presentation layer for  
IMP, like DIMP is.
2. we drop Troll, or make it another alternate presentation layer.

I have no problems with either of those. Thoughts?
