* overuse of define is bad, 1 additional define shouldn't kill us
* this goes to my previous post of allowing an easy way for people to  
debug javascript (i.e. if you want to debug full js instead of  
compressed, you just need to change this setting from '/javascript' to  
'/javascript/src').
