For example if someone wont assign Whups queue permissions to a client, he
must assign permissions for every client employer (user) or do this by using
groups (first grouping users).

But when a ticket is created we cannot see to which client user belongs to. If
we create a logical hierarchy of groups we can check in which group user is
and say - "we are serving this company". And we can list all tickets supplied
by this company worker users etc.

The same would be for all APIs data. We could assign permissions to directly
to clients/companies and list data owned by a specific company.
