[dev] Google Summer of Code idea

I am not sure if you are considering suggestions for the Summer of  
Code 2006, but I was wondering if a per user quota for VFS could be  
considered to be added to the list of ideas?  I think it is a useful  
feature that would benefit many sites that are starting to use Gollem.  
  I posted an enhancement request about it awhile ago.
