[dev] Accounts being archived

Hey folks. Just a heads up that the Accounts Sork module is going to  
be archived (removed from active CVS and put on the FTP server). All  
existing releases will still be available, but since new development  
is going into the accounts Horde_Block instead, there's no reason to  
keep it around.
