[dev] Cancelling my SoC application

Hi there,

    I'd like to withdraw my application in the Soc program this year.
I've been having some personal problems and I don't think I will be
able to keep the program's deadlines.

    I want to apologize for taking up your time. I feel sorry for not
being able to contribute to the project. I just don't think it would
be fair to take such a commitment knowing that I wouldn't be able to
respond to your expectations.
