Fine by me.

Also, do we really need the Help item in the menu to have an  
accesskey?  It is not something that will probably be accessed on a  
regular basis.  Accesskeys are much more useful for navigational aids  
and or quick actions, and opening the help window doesn't seem to fall  
into either of these categories.
