Counting you I have three submissions for it now; one from the person  
who sponsored the bounty in the first place. None of the solutions  
seem ideal yet. I'm inclined to award a part of the bounty to the  
folks who have worked on it so far, and to go forward looking for the  
best combination of the 3 approaches. The biggest problem at the  
moment is where to host all of the large files.

Thoughts?
