[dev] Problem enabling S/MIME on Horde IMP

Hello,

I am trying to run Horde 3.1.1 and IMP 4.1.1 on windows with PHP 5.1.4
and Apache 2.0.58
I keep looking for S/MIME on the Horde Administration page, but I don't
find it.
I want to compose mails and sign them.

Every test on Horde's and IMP's test.php is fine.
OpenSSL is loaded by PHP.

¿What am I missing?
