Starting to look at fixing this in turba also, but ran across this issue:

If turba is configured to use Horde_Share, then there is the  
possibility that the user you are deleting 'owns' a source that is  
being shared by other people...do we really want to just delete these  
or maybe offer the option to reassign the share to a new owner?  I  
imagine the same issue exists for some of the other apps, Kronolith  
comes to mind...
