[dev] Error opening PKCS12 with OpenSSL 0.9.8b on Windows XP

Hi,

There is a problem opening PKCS12 with OpenSSL 0.9.8b on Windows XP.
The password to open the PKCS12 file is passed through stdin.
This version of OpenSSL on Windows has problems reading the password 
from stdin.
I don't know about other versions or operating systems.
I have opened the ticket #1349 on openssl.org regarding this problem.
