[dev] License text question

I was browsing the LICENSE file for Turba and I noticed that under the  
"No warranties" clause it makes mention that "The Apache Software  
Foundation" will not be held liable etc...  I'm make no claims to be  
any kind of license expert, but should this language be changed to  
release The Horde Project instead?
