A little.  What sort of things would we have in this theme?  And how  
would we know to enable it?  I was thinking some sort of detection in  
Browser.php, but I don't think JAWS identifies itself in the HTTP  
headers since it's not a browser, but just an application that runs  
on the desktop.  I don't know about other readers.
