[dev] EU eContent/ Safer Internet call for proposals 2006

For all programmers of a Member State of the European Union, the EEA states of 
Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, or a Candidate Country of the European 
Union participating in the eContentplus or Safer Internet plus programmes.

I would like to notice that at till the end of september you can fill out a 
pre-proposal for project in the topics listed below. Maybe if you have or if 
you plan an horde module for in those topiscs your work can be refouded by 
EU. Of course it valid only if you plan the contetnt of the project with 
dedicated state agecy, have a financial plan etc..
